Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Place Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit cards and are very proud to be Pay Pal partners, so you money is safe.
If after you receive the goods and wish to return then for whatever reason, so long as the packaging is intact and no security seals have been broken then we will happy to refund your card/ cheque when the goods are received back to us. Unless there is a defect to the items supplied or any other mistake made by us then return delivery charges are at your own expense. All returns must be notified to us within 30 days of purchase.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If an item we have supplied does not do the job promised we will refund and replace same. If it is a compatible item (i.e. not an original manufacture) then we will do one refund and replace and thereafter if the problem is not resolved will supply an item of original manufacture (Lexmark, for instance) free of charge.
We promise to acknowledge any customer complaints within 5 working days.
